Villa Matina is the largest of three villas on a private block waling distance from Plaka beach. Easily sleeps 8 with the three villas having a capacity to host 21 people.

Quiet corners to read and enjoy the gardens. The home is serviced twice weekly and more often on request for an additional cost.

Modern very well appointed Greek property , in a safe quiet and convenient semi rural location. Perfect for families or couples with fantastic alfresco sitting , coffee and dining areas over several levels and great poolside terrace. Also features a rooftop jacuzzi with 360 degree mountain and sea views across to Paros. Property has easy car access complete with an onsite carport and is located just a short drive to Naxos’s best beaches and main town. Thoroughly recommend Robert’s property and Chantelle’s management of our needs was second to none. Hope to come back soon.

A Magical Holiday

We stayed in two condos…the Matina and the Sofia…a short flat walk to Plaka Beach. There were 12 of us the entire 2 1/2 weeks from 13 - 77 yrs old. Because of Chantelle, the property manager, it was perfect. The kitchens easily accommodated large meal preparations. There is a clothes washer and drying racks in each unit. Every utensil is there. Loads of towels for the pools. The air conditioning was great but even better was the outdoor space. Chantelle helped me organize transportation to and from ferries, a lovely catered meal when we arrived, a cooking school for all of us, gave advice on scuba schools, water activities, etc. We had a great island tour in very comfortable bus. The cleaners came almost every day to tidy the kitchens and empty the trash. They also did a thorough cleaning twice a week changing linens etc. There was not one single thing we would change. We travel together every few years and this stay was the best! Naxos itself is a great island. Incredibly friendly people, lots to explore and amazing food.
